The first time you contact BirdBrain we
will set up an appointment to evaluate your situation. This
is usually done in your home at your convenience. Our consultant
will evaluate your situation including cage, diet, safety
and behavioral assessment. You will also get an in-depth species
profile to help you understand your bird both at home and
in the wild. The initial assessment will be sent you you via
express mail within 3 days from the initial consultation and
a follow up call given after two weeks to see how things are
going. This service is billed online for $125 and can be purchased

There is a lot to know about getting a
bird. It is a lifelong commitment. We can help you identify
the best feathered friend to be the next addition to your
family. This is usually a one hour consultation done in the
clients home. We will help assess the best bird for you and
where to get that bird in the NYC area. We will discuss cage
placement, diet and all the variables involved in getting
your new companion. We will continue to walk you through the
adjustment of your new bird by phone for up to 3 months. This
service is billed online for $100 and can be Purchased on

If after the initial consultation you
find that you are still having problems we can set up regular
sessions to assist you in working with your winged companion.
This service is billed online for $75 after speaking with
your consultant. If you have already spoken with your consultant
you may pay for your session(s) by continuing to our secure
server by clicking bellow.

You may consult with us over the phone
and we will work with you and address your particular situation.
This service is billed online for $50 per call for up to an
hour with our consultant and can be purchased on our secure
server by clicking bellow. Please be sure to indicate the
best time to call.
